    Maxwell Frost, Democratic congressman, punished for calling Donald Trump ‘grifter in chief’

    A Republican Home committee chair threatened to name the sergeant-at-arms Tuesday to silence a Democratic congressman who repeatedly known as Elon Musk the president and referred to President Trump because the “grifter in chief.”
