Ty Cobb, a White Home lawyer to Donald Trump through the president’s first time period, spelled out why he vehemently opposes controversial Trump nominee Kash Patel operating the FBI.
Cobb and 22 different Republican officers this week signed an open letter calling on senators to not affirm Patel to the position. They argued that he has “poor judgment” and is in search of revenge on critics of Trump.

Patel’s hearings happen on Thursday.
