The Justice Division stated Rep. LaMonica McIver was formally indicted Tuesday on three prices stemming from her conflict with immigration officers after she and several other colleagues tried final month to pressure their manner into an ICE facility in New Jersey.
The Democrat is charged with two impeding and interfering felonies and a 3rd, lesser depend.
